SUBMISSION
Guidelines for Presentation and Paper Submission
Symposium presenters can submit either a presentation or a full paper. If you are submitting a presentation only, you will need to provide an abstract of your presentation for review by the deadline identified below. If your abstract is accepted, then you will need to submit your PowerPoint deck for review by the respective deadline. The guidelines for abstracts can be found below
If you are submitting a full paper, please use the symposium template to prepare your paper. Participants are encouraged to submit full papers. All fully developed papers will be blind-reviewed and, if accepted, will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will serve as a published record of our conference. Our publisher is Curran & Associates, and they will assign each accepted paper a Digital Object Identifier (DOI).
Presentation Abstract Submission
Please click on the “Submit Here” button to submit your abstract. Each presenter must submit an abstract that contains between 200 and 250 words (excluding the title of the presentation and presenter/s affiliation) outlining a summary/overview of the presentation.
Deadline for presentation summary submission: 11:59 p.m. EST (US & Canada), July 31, 2024.
Notification of acceptance and reviewers’ comments: 11:59 p.m. EST (US & Canada), August 9, 2024.
Accepted PowerPoint deck submission deadline: 11:59 p.m. EST (US & Canada), August 16, 2024.
Full Paper Submission
Please click on the “Submit Here” button to submit your full paper. All submitted papers must be original (unpublished) and neither accepted or under review by another symposium/conference. Papers must be prepared using Microsoft Word. Please refer to the Author’s Guidelines and Template for preparing your paper.
All submitted papers will be blind-reviewed by the symposium committee to ensure that an adequate standard is maintained.
Full paper submission deadline: 11:59 p.m. EST (US & Canada), June 30, 2024.
Notification of acceptance and reviewers’ comments: July 15, 2024.
Final manuscript submission: July 29, 2024.
