Sheida Khandadashpoor earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architectural engineering. From the age of 19, she immersed herself in the construction industry. Thanks to her passion and dedication, at 24, she became the youngest senior project leader at one of the most prestigious engineering companies in Iran. In 2022, Sheida began pursuing her second master’s degree in project management, with a focus on construction management, at Northeastern University. There, she proudly serves as the president of the CMAA (Construction Management Association of America) – Northeastern University student chapter. She cites her fervor for the construction field and her aspiration to be a trailblazing leader as driving forces behind her quest to discover novel ideas in construction management.
