Sanaz is currently a full-time faculty member in the graduate project management program at Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies in Toronto. She is also a process improvement specialist and project manager with extensive experience at Princess Margaret UHN, Canada’s largest integrated cancer research, teaching, and treatment center. Prior to that, Sanaz worked at Medtronic as a senior process improvement specialist and project manager from 2016 to 2022. She holds a Ph.D. in Sustainability Management and multiple certifications, including ASQ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), Certified Return on Investment Professional (CRP) by ROI International Institute, ACMP Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP), Certified Agile Project Management, and Certified Lead Auditor on ISO Standards Quality and Integrated Management System and Advanced Data Analytics. Over the past six years, Sanaz has led numerous projects in hospitals across Canada to improve care pathways and patient care quality.
