Dr. Raja Kannusamy is the Program Leader at College of Leadership and Business, AIPC Brisbane, part of UP Education Australia. In this role, Raja is responsible for the teaching and engagement of students in a suite of innovative online business programs and provides academic leadership and expert advice to ensure College of Leadership and Business students are engaged and well supported. Raja holds a Master of Industrial Engineering and Management degree, a PhD (Business Operations Management) from Anna University, India, a Graduate Certificate in Education, and a Graduate Certificate in Educational Studies (Digital Learning), both from University of South Australia.

Raja has over 23 years of experience in teaching Postgraduate and Undergraduate students in Australia, Muscat, Hong Kong, and India in the areas of Business Management, Project Management, International Business and Operations Management. Raja’s recent position was Course coordinator at the University of South Australia Online. In addition to teaching, he has worked in industries and his industry work competencies have been assessed as meeting the requirements for standing as a Professional Engineer in Australia by Engineers Australia.

Raja has undertaken research work at Roots Limited and CPC Limited and the outcome of his research work has been published in Proc.I Mech E Part B: Journal of Engineering Manufacture, UK, in International Journal of Services and Operations Management, US and in Journal of Institution of Engineers (Production). His areas of interest and publications in Business Management field specifically focusses on Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management and Services Management.
