Gurneet Singh Sidhu is a PMP-certified Project Management master’s student at Northeastern University.  He also holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Manipal University. His research focuses on the impact of emerging technologies on project management, mainly in the construction sector. Exploring the potential benefits and challenges of AI integration, Gurneet’s research concentrates on optimizing project execution, resource allocation, and decision-making processes in the construction industry. He also explores the benefits of adopting ambidextrous leadership in the recent technological era.
