Enrique Fernandez-Pino

Enrique is a CIO (Chief Information Officer) with over 30 years of experience in innovation, strategy development, digital re-design, and large-scale change and programme management. He boasts a proven track record of formulating clear visions and strategies for both business and technology opportunities, as well as addressing pertinent issues. Accustomed to delivering complex projects in multinational, multicultural, multi-discipline, and multi-site environments, he has extensive experience across various sectors including Technology and Digital, Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, Transportation, Property, Manufacturing, and Security.
Enrique graduated with First Class Honours in Business Law from ICADE University in Madrid. He has held esteemed positions as the Group CIO for the Go-Ahead Group, a FTSE250 Public Transport company; Global CIO for Chubb, specialising in Security and Fire; and Technology Transformation Director for Essentra, another FTSE250 Manufacturer. In early 2020, he embarked on a new venture by starting his own consultancy, where he currently serves as an Interim CIO and Transformation Director. His primary focus is on M&A and system separations, a niche where he synergises his vast experience with his passion for project and change management. Additionally, Enrique holds a position as a Non-Executive Director for Transport for London, serving on the IIPAG committee. He also imparts his knowledge as a Lecturer at Northeastern University, teaching master’s degree courses in project and programme management.
