Her track record includes successfully coaching a Fortune 100 organization through a rigorous Agile transformation. In her most recent role, she was in charge of establishing business agility practices at the organizational level for a medical organization.

Emi holds a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology and is pursuing a doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Regent University, set to graduate in May 2025. Here, she is developing a leadership model that integrates remote working with technology adoption in a human-centric way.
