Bratati Ganguly
Dr. Bratati Ganguly, Ph.D., MBA., BCMASc is a distinguished leader in Oncology and Medical Affairs, serving as CEO and Founder of Medical Affairs Solutions since 2024. With over a decade of experience, she has driven transformative growth in healthcare. Previously, she excelled as Senior Manager in Medical Affairs at Edwards Life Sciences and Program Manager and Consultant at Syneos Health, overseeing KOL engagement and global projects in Hematology, Solid Tumors, and GI Cancer.
Dr. Ganguly’s career began as a Research Scientist at Brighter Ideas Inc. and progressed through roles such as Pediatric Oncology Scientist at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey (CINJ) and Marketing Strategy Associate at Rutgers Innovative Ventures. She holds a PhD in Biochemistry from North Dakota State University and an MBA in Marketing and Pharmaceutical Management from Rutgers Business School.
A prolific author, Dr. Ganguly has 16 peer-reviewed publications and serves on editorial boards for oncology journals. She hosts “The Medical Affairs Dialogues” podcast and co-leads the 2024 MAPS Summit.
Her accolades include the Joel E. Scholarship Award, Harmon Pearl Scholarship Award, Nicholas and Nancy J. Balaria MB Fellowship, Outstanding Achiever Award from Rutgers Innovative Ventures, Young Investigator Award with a $100,000 grant, Global Outreach Ambassador Award, and Green and Golden Globe Diversity Award. She was recently recognized with the Marquis Who’s Who in America 2023 award.
