Bhagirathi Narayanan

Bhagirathi holds a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology engineering and her journey into the world of management commenced during her internship at a Biotech laboratory, where she discovered her inclination towards management and the systematic completion of projects. Subsequently, she gained valuable experience working at Amazon for a period of 6 years. In her role as a Catalog Manager, she demonstrated strong leadership skills by leading and managing a team of 9 individuals, while also contributing to the strategic planning of luxury brands in multiple countries such as the USA, Canada, the UK, India, the UAE and Singapore and an Amazon subsidiary, Woot. She played a pivotal role in the launch of Amazon acquired Whole Foods Market, Amazon Netherlands, and Amazon Sweden. Employing her analytical prowess and process optimization acumen, she deftly crafted effective solutions to address critical business challenges faced by these brands. She holds a collection of accolades, such as being honored as RBS Performer of the Year, receiving the Customer Delight Award, and achieving the Extra Mile Award. Additionally, she has earned the distinction of being the recipient of the First Among Equals Award on 9 separate occasions. Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree in project management at Northeastern University, Silicon Valley. Through this program, she is gaining hands-on experience and expertise in various project management modules, equipping herself with the latest industry best practices and strategies.
